Hi Delivery Service uses this website and its connected API to help authorized staff manage parcel delivery operations, including parcels, shops, riders, users, and operational reports.
The GPT action API is protected by a private bearer token and is intended only for authorized Hi Delivery Service administrative use.
Information We Process
We may process parcel and delivery information such as tracking codes, shop names, customer names, customer phone numbers, customer addresses, COD amounts, parcel statuses, rider assignments, uploader names, and delivery timestamps.
We may also process account information for staff users and riders, including names, usernames, roles, phone numbers, email addresses, account status, and rider profile details.
How We Use Information
We use this information to operate the delivery management system, search parcels, provide delivery status summaries, create authorized staff and rider accounts, create shops, troubleshoot operations, and maintain system security.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use parcel or staff information for advertising.
ChatGPT Actions
When an authorized user asks the custom GPT to search parcels, summarize parcel counts, or create records, ChatGPT may send the request to our protected API. The API returns only the information required to answer the authorized request.
Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information into ChatGPT. Use the GPT only for legitimate Hi Delivery Service operations.
Data Storage And Security
Operational data is stored in Supabase and protected by application authentication, role-based access, row-level security policies, and server-side API authentication where applicable.
Parcel images may be backed up to Cloudflare R2 for operational continuity and retention workflows.
